Abstract

Penelitian pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan budidaya cabai melalui pelatihan teknis dan pembentukan sistem kemitraan di Desa Jelbuk, Kecamatan Arjasa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan andragogik, pembentukan kelompok tani, fasilitasi kelembagaan, dan pendampingan kemitraan agribisnis. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek teknis (45% peningkatan pengetahuan), produktivitas (22,6% kenaikan hasil panen), dan manajemen usaha tani. Kelompok tani “Tani Mandiri Jelbuk” berhasil terbentuk dan menjalin kemitraan dagang dengan dua pelaku usaha lokal. Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan luaran berupa modul pelatihan, laporan keuangan petani, dan sistem monitoring hasil panen. Dampak sosial dan ekonomi yang ditimbulkan mencakup peningkatan pendapatan serta penguatan solidaritas petani. Rekomendasi kebijakan yang diajukan antara lain pembentukan ULUTD, digitalisasi kelompok tani, dan replikasi model ke komoditas lainnya.
