Abstract
Mangga merupakan produk holtikultura yang berada di posisi 5 (lima) besar di wilayah Kabupaten Jember. Penanganan pasca panen dan pengolahan hasil produksi buah mangga memegang peranan penting dalam bidang agoindustri. Salah satu diversifikasi produk olahan mangga yang menarik untuk dikembangkan adalah brownies kukus mangga.Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan Ibu-ibu PKK warga Desa Subo, Kec. Pakusari, Kab. Jember. Hal ini diharapkan agar Ibu-ibu warga Desa Subo, Kec. Pakusari, Kab. Jember memiliki ide berwirausaha dan mampu mandiri secara finansial. Program pengabdian ini akan dilakukan pada Ibu-ibu PKK Desa Subo, Kec. Pakusari, Kab. Jember. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Ibu-ibu PKK Desa Subo, Kec. Pakusari, Kab. Jember tentang proses berwirausaha brownies kukus mangga.
