Peningkatan Kapasitas Petani dalam Pengelolaan Hama Terpadu (PHT) pada Tanaman Padi Sawah di Desa Sumberrejo, Kecamatan Tanggul, Kabupaten Jember

Abstract
Pengendalian hama secara efektif sekaligus ramah lingkungan merupakan tantangan besar dalam menanam padi sawah. Program ini hadir untuk membantu para petani di Desa Sumberrejo agar bisa mengelola hama secara terpadu—bukan hanya mengandalkan pestisida. Melalui rangkaian penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung di lapangan, para petani diajak mengenal musuh alami hama, memanfaatkan bahan nabati sebagai pestisida, serta menerapkan pola tanam yang lebih bijak. Hasilnya? Petani mulai lebih peka terhadap ekosistem sawah mereka dan tak lagi langsung menyemprot pestisida tiap ada serangan kecil. Ini adalah langkah awal menuju pertanian yang lebih sehat dan berkelanjutan.
